Modestly improves memory acquisition — but it's slow (weeks) and effects are small.

What it does

An adaptogenic herb that improves the speed of memory formation over 6–12 weeks of daily use. Not an acute focus aid.

How to take it

300 mg/day of a standardized (≈55% bacosides) extract, with food, for at least 8–12 weeks.

Caveats & safety

Can cause GI upset. Effects are small and need months; stop hyping it as instant.
